We, and our collaborators, can assist the directors, compliance officers and managers of companies on the legal requirements of operating their companies and maintaining the necessary records and filings needed.
In particular we work closely with experienced and client focused registered agent in Singapore.
At management level we are pleased to offer commercially oriented advice on difficult issues or unforeseen problems.
At shareholder level we advise on the structuring of the company and on the relationship of the shareholders to each other. In this regard we are experienced in the preparation of Shareholder Agreements governing the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as in advising on shareholder disputes. More importantly, perhaps, we have the experience to help defuse potential disputes by ensuring that the Shareholder Agreements are both workable, and written in clear language.
Partnerships
For businesses who prefer to carry on under a partnership structure, we will advise on the laws governing the partnership, and the preparation of a suitable Partnership Agreement, again based on the principle that it must be clear and workable. Limited Partnerships are especvially useful with rehgard to retention of control and management ongoing through the General Partner.
